Cancellation Policy

All classes have a 15 minute “grace period” where if not allowed prior, your class may be canceled due to late arrival. We do not offer refunds. Your pet may be subject to the use of real meat treats including but not limited to; hotdogs, freeze dried beef and other meats as treats if needed if in accordance with allergies. All pets going through training of any kind will go through kennel training. In most cases, we do not accept personal belongings like leashes, beds, toys or other items during your dog’s stay. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Dog’s deemed “true aggressive” may require up to 30% additional cost on top of regular training cost (true aggressive is not reactive). You may not use any knowledge given to you in any classes, bootcamps or lessons for any commercial use unless learned in a dog trainer course. You and your dog may be used for social media, web and/or marketing purposes at any time during training or classes as well as any pictures or videos sent to us of you or you dog. We do not conduct any services before payment for any reason. By purchasing or scheduling dog training, you represent that you are aware that participation in any dog training class may result in illness, accident, injury, death to you or your pet, and/or escape of your pet. You agree that you are aware of these risks and dangers and assume all responsibility for them. In addition, you assume full responsibility for damages and injuries to you or your pet and/or to other individuals or pets, which are connected with the Born Free Dog Training class, whether on or off the premises. Born Free Dog Training cannot guarantee that toys, blankets, or beds will be kept in the same condition as brought in. For safety reasons, tennis balls and rawhides are NOT allowed. All dogs must have current vaccinations per their veterinarian’s recommendations. It is the dog owner’s responsibility to provide updated shot records to Born Free Dog Training annually. Born Free Dog Training can administer all types of medications, including injections such as insulin during your dog’s visit. There is a $5.00 per day per dog medication administration fee added to the total bill for this service. We allow dogs from the same household to share a room provided they can eat together. This however does not mean that multiple dogs can stay with us for the cost of one pet. Our prices are not per room, they are per pet. All dogs must be on a leash when
